AMINA YAREMA BSc, FCCA, CNA (C.E.O)
A Certified Chartered Accountant with over 15years of cognitive accounting, financial management, tax management, and auditing functions.
Currently the Financial Controller (F.C) SPDC Limited; a large property development, consultancy and management firm based in Abuja, Nigeria. She has designed and established procedures that have literally transformed the organization from its rudimentary past to modern-day standards, in line with corporate governance structures and international best practices.
In 2014 conferred with the title of ‘Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant’ of England and Wales (FCCA) by the professional body of ACCA. This was in recognition of her extensive experience and long term commitment to professionalism and ethics.
Mr. IGBA HARRIS Tavershima BSc, ACA
Harris is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) since 2010. He has close to a decade experience in accountancy, audit and tax consultancy.
He started his professional career with Cornel Okolo & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2008 as an audit senior and later Tijanni Musa Isa & Co (Chartered Accountants).
He has worked on several audit teams and in some instances acted as audit head. He audited clients such as Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN), Nigerian Railway Corporation, NIMASA, SPDC just to mention but few.
Mr. ADEDAYO TAYO BA, FCA, ACTI, PMP
Tayo, after his national youth service in 1995, joined the firm of Olusola Adekanola & Co. as an Audit Semi-Senior and participated in consulting for Kaduna State Government on the Accelerated Revenue Generation Project then embarked upon by the State. That gave a solid foundation and background which enabled him to lead the team of Temitope Awe & Co. as one of the consulting firms in replicating the same revenue generation project for Lagos State Government in 2005/2006.
Although, prior to the Lagos State project, Tayo had qualified as a chartered accountant in the year 2002 and thereafter worked in the then Conglomerate Company, UTC Nigeria Plc, as the Group Treasurer for a period before he disengaged in 2005. Having had the requisite post-qualification practice experience required of a chartered accountant, Tayo applied to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in the year 2008 for (and was granted) the license to engage in public practice.
